Everyone needs a little extra help from time to time. Summit Fitness cares that you get the guidance and attention you need to succeed. 

If you're a new member, we'll make sure you receive an introduction to all of our facilities including an equipment orientation so you know how everything works. If your'e a veteran member, renewing your routine or restarting after some time off, you will benefit from this complimentary service.  

This is FREE to all of our members - available for occasional use as required.

The first step to reaching your goals is knowing where to start. Where are you right now? What is your body age? Where can you expect to be over time with an exercise plan designed just for you? 

Summit Fitness' Kickstart Training Program includes a comprehensive session with one of our Personal Trainers. Here you will receive dedicated time focused on you: your body type, real body age, lifestyle and goals. 

Then, your trainer will develop a routine that you can do at any gym which includes strength training, cardiovascular and flexibility workouts.

This is FREE with our 1 and 2 year memberships and just $99 for non-members.

Designed by MOSSA and delivered by our dynamic team of certified instructors, our classes cover all of the bases! No matter your level of fitness or interest, we have something for everyone!

Plus, our classes are newly choreographed every few months, with fresh moves and music so there’s always something new to get excited about. Check out our Group Fitness Classes page and watch the videos!

And while other gyms charge extra for classes, ours are always FREE!
